CIVIC STANDARD sells nicotine and vaping products to adults aged 21 or older only. By entering the site and placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
Every order requires an adult signature and photo identification on delivery. Carriers verify age at the door and will not release an order to a minor or to anyone who cannot present valid identification. Orders that fail verification are returned and refunded minus the original shipping cost.
The entry screen on this site stores a preference cookie only. It does not itself verify age; identification is checked at delivery by the carrier.

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. Product information, pricing, shipping charges and availability are shown before checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance, age verification, payment authorisation and shipping restrictions.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable, where a payment cannot be verified, where an address is in a restricted area, or where we suspect fraud or a violation of these terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount charged is refunded.
All site content, product photography, text and design are owned by CIVIC STANDARD or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information needed to process an order: name, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number, order contents and payment status. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider's secured page and are not stored on this website.
We use this information to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet age-verification and tax obligations, and improve the store. We share the minimum necessary data with payment processors, shipping carriers and service providers that host or maintain the store. We do not sell personal information.
We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting and compliance purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to dianxunmaof0@163.com; we respond within 30 days. Deleting order records may be limited where retention is legally required.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat $15 and free on orders over $49. International delivery, where available, is quoted at checkout.
All nicotine shipments travel with adult-signature delivery and are not sent by USPS. We do not ship to addresses outside permitted service areas or to restricted states.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact dianxunmaof0@163.com with your order number before sending anything back; returns without authorisation may be refused.
For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquid, pods, coils and disposables cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund it.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return results from our error.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers on secured pages. The methods available to you are shown at checkout and may vary by order value and location. All amounts are charged in U.S. dollars.
