From the Dominican Republic to Nicaragua to Honduras and other tobacco growing countries, each have taken the original Cuban rolling skills and applied it to other countries’ cigar industry. H Upmann is no different. A history that dates back to 1844, H Upmann cigars are always smooth hand-rolled smokes. The H Upmann 1844 Reserve pays tribute to the original Cuban rollers of the brand. This cigar is made from Dominican long-filler tobaccos and results in a medium-bodied smooth cigar with flavors of pepper, earth, nuts and cedar. This remarkable cigar even received a 93 point rating and has earned spots on the Top 25 List by Cigar Aficionado.
